We follow a Biblical curriculum in Sunday school and have all ages together. The older children help the younger children, which is following a family model. We use Bible based videos and have arts and crafts that reflect the lesson taught. We are flexible with our class size and when the need arises we will promote children or divide a class into separate grade levels. At 10:30 a.m. the children go back to the Sanctuary, and all children in grades 1-6 are expected to attend the worship service with their families. Younger children return to the classrooms for additional activities. Teachers: Sandra Frady, Julie Carpenter and Jerry McNair Spanish ministry provides chlidcare on Wednesday evenings. 6:30 p.m. (weather permitting) Children play on the playground or play ball games with adult supervision. In October, practices for the Christmas musical will start for all children. 7:00 p.m.
Girls and boys are separated in 1st through 5th grades. Our "BRATS" (Bible Receiving Action Trained Students) learn about God's purpose and plan for their lives by participating in fun activities, mission opportunities and Bible Study. The boys and girls attend separate classes and activities.
